As a participant in an assessment you may be required to provide information about your abilities, skills, values, and personality traits/behaviours. Why do we process information about you as a client? We will use information you give to us in the course of providing services to you as a client: 1) to carry out our obligations to you in any contracts between you and us and to provide you with further information about our products and services and billing you for products and services provided. 2) to notify you about any changes to our services or technical issues.


Why do we process information about you as a participant? We process data about you as a participant in order to provide services to our clients or to you as an individual. This may include processing this data to: 1) identify your psychometric assessment or e-learning programme and your responses. 2) assess your abilities, skills and preferred working styles; 3) produce reports for our clients or feedback for yourself. We may process your data for research purposes. We conduct research in areas including gender, age and background in line with best practice to monitor our products for fairness and equality. This data is anonymised and aggregated so is not personally identifiable to you. It is not disclosed on a personal basis to any third parties. The assessment reports and services we provide for clients may be used by them for purposes such as selection, placement and development of individuals in an employment or human resources context. Clients may also use them for their own HR purposes provided they can confirm that they are appropriately qualified in psychometrics.

To whom may we disclose information about you? Information about you will be disclosed only to our clients who have commissioned assessments or services in which you have acted as a participant.
